May 30th to October 30th.
5’5, 140 lbs to 123 lbs. At the beginning of the summer I realized I wasn’t the person I wanted to be. I changed my lifestyle and adopted healthy habits, and it was honestly the best thing I could have ever done. I’m no longer lazy or misinformed about diets. I love to run and lift, and I love to eat real foods. I am mentally & physically strong and so proud. I love my body not only for what it looks like, but for what it can do.
